Christ and His Little Ones

The Children Sing, 183

1. In robes of light, than day more bright, Haloed with heav’nly flame. Adown the sky, From worlds on high, The glorious Saviour came. Enraptured stood the multitude, Beholding him their king, At whose command, The chosen band, Their little children bring, Their little children bring.

2. O’erlooking none, The gracious one, His blessings on them seals. And tears now prove, The wealth of love His tenderness reveals. O happy time, O scene sublime, Would I had shared in thee O Nephite boy, How great thy joy, Such wondrous things to see, Such wondrous things to see.
