1. Trees are beautiful and good; They cool us with their shade. In their branches birds can build their nests; From their wood some houses are made. Some are tall and some are small, And some are bushy and round; Others have leaves that in the fall Come fluttering down to the ground.
2. In a tree we make a swing And have a lot of fun. We can climb so high we see the sky and the clouds that float by the sun. Trees have blossoms that smell so sweet. Their fragrance fills the air. Some trees have fruit and nuts to eat. We are thankful for trees everywhere.
