Our God, We Raise to Thee
Our God, We Raise to Thee
1. Our God, we raise to theeThanks for thy blessings freeWe here enjoy,We here enjoy. In this far western land,A true and chosen band,Led hither by thy hand,We sing for joy.
2. Bless thou our prophet dear;May health and comfort cheerHis noble heart,His noble heart; His words with fire impressOn souls that thou wilt blessTo choose in righteousness,The better part.
3. So shall thy Kingdom spreadAs by thy prophets said,From sea to sea,From sea to sea;As one united wholeTruth burns in every soul,While hastening to the goalWe long to see.
4. Oh, may thy Saints be one,Like Father and the Son,Nor disagree,Nor disagree.United heart and hand,So may they ever stand,A firm and valiant band,Eternally.
