1. I can feel the Savior guide meEvery step that I take. And I feel His love surround meWhen I kneel down and pray.He has given me His powerAnd tells me where I should go.And I know that I’m not alone.
When the weight pulls me under,No, I don’t have to wonderIf He’ll be there for me.He won’t let me downWhen the world gets overwhelming. He won’t let me downWhen the lightning fills the sky.He won’t let me drownWhen I’m lost in the hurricane. He’ll pull me out when I call His nameAnd take me to higher ground. He won’t let me down.
2. As I’m walking in His footsteps,I’ll be His hands and His feet.I will sail through deeper watersTo find who I need to be.He has given me His powerAnd tells me where I should go.And I know that I’m not alone.
He won’t let me downWhen the world gets overwhelming. He won’t let me downWhen the lightning fills the sky.He won’t let me drownWhen I’m lost in the hurricane. He’ll pull me out when I call His nameAnd take me to higher ground. He won’t let me down.
And He will lift me upSo much higher than I’ve been.He is stronger than I am,And He will make me just like Him.
And I know when I falter,No, I don’t have to wonderIf He’ll be there for me.He won’t let me downWhen the world gets overwhelming. He won’t let me downWhen the lightning fills the sky.He won’t let me drownWhen I’m lost in the hurricane. He’ll pull me out when I call His nameAnd take me to higher ground. He won’t let me down.
