English (Original Language)
1. The bread is being broken;the water has been poured; And we partake in mem’ryof Jesus Christ, our Lord.We do this that his spiritmay always with us be,That we may do his willand serve him faithfully.
2. The sacrament reminds ushow Jesus loved us so;And how he died to save us,so many years ago.I’ll take the bread and waterto show that I am true,And I shall always think of himand love him too
